Jun 29, 2010 - CHASE ELLIOTT WINS - AUGIE GRILL DQ'D

       Mobile International Speedway Technical Inspector Ricky Brooks late Tuesday afternoon announced the cylinder heads from the super late model of Augie Grill did not meet specifications as set out in the rules.

        Grill, who won the Miller Lite 100 lap race Saturday night was disqualified and moved to last place in the finishing order.

        Dawsonville, GA based Chase Elliott, who finished second on the evening is elevated to the winning position.

        Johanna Long of Pensacola is runner up in the race, followed by Mike Garvey, Bubba Pollard and Ryan Lawler.

        With the official victory Elliott takes over the Miller Lite season points lead as posted on this web site.
